Olsen-Sottile Insurance is very sad to advise that Ralph passed away suddenly on Monday, December 5th, 2011. He was an extremely loyal employee and worked at Olsen-Sottile for over 30 years. His real job was as Personal Lines Manager, but as everyone knew, he did so much more than that. He took care of all the guys, and the gals too! He took all the newbies under his wing and took the time to explain things to anyone that asked. He was a wealth of knowledge and experience and very respected by all who dealt with him.

Ralph was always the first one into the office, and the last one out. He loved his work and his clients loved him. He would always stop what he was doing to help others. Every special occasion we looked forward to seeing what kind of caricature card Ralph would come up for the recipient. They were professional quality, yet now very special memories to those lucky enough to have gotten one. He didn’t like the attention on himself, and graciously stood in the background to let others shine. He loved driving all over Niagara and reporting back all the news, sometimes bringing back with him treats for all the girls.

He was part of the foundation of our office and words cannot express how much he was loved, respected and will always be missed by all that knew him.

Rest in Peace our friend, it’s quitting time.
